What the E.C.D.O. is all about.
Emerald City Darting Organization (ECDO) is Seattle’s Steel Tip Dart League. The ECDO formed in the early 1980s. We host quarterly leagues for players, new player tournaments and tournaments open to the public. Currently there are about 90 members in the league. Our goal is to promote darts and create a fun and competitive league that is open to players of all skill levels.
Check out our Calendar for information about dart leagues, new player tournaments, weekly dart shoots and open tournaments.
Each quarter we organize two leagues. “B” league teams play on Wednesdays, “A” league teams play on Thursdays. “A” league teams are typically comprised of more skilled players than “B” league teams. If sufficient teams register to play then either or both “A” league and “B” league are further divided into divisions. League teams play at bars around the greater Seattle area, see the Participating Pub List for more details. Weekly dart matches consist of a mix of ’01 and American Cricket games. The number of games varies by league but all details are listed in our League Rules. Teams consist of 4-6 players.
ECDO is run by a volunteer board and administered according to our bylaws. Current board members are listed on our Board page.
If you’re interested in joining the league as either an individual player or as an entire team please contact the board or the Membership Secretary. Contact information is listed on the board member page listed above. The Membership Secretary can match individual players to teams looking to add another member. Or, if you have enough players to form a team then the Membership Secretary can help you find a home bar. To register a dart team, you’ll need to fill-in a registration form which can be found on our Forms page.
